General Horse Manager and Trainer: We are looking for someone skilled in Natural Horsemanship to oversee our Arabian horse operation. This job includes managing the barn, breeding program, and training. This person must be able to work well with young men 14-18 years of age and to instruct them in Natural Horsemanship.
Assistant Trainer: This person will assist the Manager in running the horse operations and assist in working with boys.
Wranglers: We are looking for 20 young adults (21-30 years old) who will work closely with the boys for as a mentor, counselor, and guide. The wranglers will live with the boys during the week and serve as guides to help them through their daily activities. Schedules will be 4 days on, 3 off. (Or 3 on, 4 off) This opportunity can could be used as an internship for those in certain educational programs. This is a great experience to compliment future occupational goals. Training is provided.
Teachers: We need Teachers who can teach a variety of High School Level courses two to three afternoons and/or evenings a week.
